Number of Birds  About 20. The Rockhoppers are all birds which have washed up on South African beaches, and cannot be returned to the wild for fear that they could introduce diseases into the wild population. 
Description of Exhibit  This indoor exhibit has a large  deep pool with some ground behind providing a range of nesting environments. 
How to get there  The Aquarium is situated in the Waterfront area of Cape Town and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
